乾原料 dry ingredients

  • 110 公克grams 燕麥麵粉 oat flour
  • 100 公克grams 斯佩爾特麵粉 spelt flour
  • 1 1/2 茶匙 tsp 泡打粉 baking powder
  • 1/2 茶匙 tsp 鹽 fine salt
  • 7 茶匙 tsp 斯佩庫拉斯香料 speculaas spices 見筆記1 see note 1

濕原料 wet ingredients

  • 4 湯匙 tbsp 植物奶 dairy free milk 見筆記2 see note 2
  • 50 公克grams 糖漿 agave syrup
  • 10 公克grams 蜜糖 molasses 見筆記3 see note 3
  • 60 公克grams 腰果醬 cashew butter

Instructions
 

  • 將烤箱預熱至攝氏170度 pre heat the oven to 170°C
  • 把所有乾原料混合 whisk all the dry ingredients together
  • 在另一個容器中混合所有濕原料 whisk all the wet ingredients in a seperate container
  • 將濕原料混合到乾原料中並用手揉到原料均勻成團,如果太乾可以再加一湯匙植物奶 add the wet ingredients to dry and knead until it becomes a soft dough, add another tbsp non-dairy milk if needed
  • 將麵團分批揉成小球狀,大約一顆是半個茶匙的量,一一放置烤盤上 make small balls from the dough, the size is about half tsp for a ball, and place them on the baking tray
  • 放置烤箱用攝氏170度烤18到20分鐘 bake them for 18-20 minutes with 170°C
  • 烤好後放涼 let them cool down after baking
  • 享受食用!enjoy your pepernoten!

Notes

筆記 NOTE
  1. 斯佩庫拉香料 speculaas spices:
    - 2 湯匙/tbsp 肉桂粉/ground cinnamon 
    - 2 茶匙/tsp 薑粉/ginger powder
    - 1 茶匙/tsp 小荳蔻粉/cardemom powder
    - 1 茶匙/tsp 肉豆蔻粉/nutmeg powder
  2. 如果揉成糰後太乾可以再適量加一些牛奶,但要慢慢一匙一匙加入。
    If the dough is too dry, you can add more milk as needed.
  3. 如果沒有糖蜜的話可以直接用你有的糖漿替代。
    If you don't have molasses, you can substitute the syrup that you have. However, the taste will be slightly different.
